    Doesn't look good then ??
I bought a Nokia E7 phone at £245 from them - looks as if charge back will be needed on my Visa debit card ?

Experience of retail shops in China show you're probably going to get a fake product, if not nothing at all.

I "bought" a pair of Sennheiser IE8 headphones at a too good to be true price and promptly cancelled the order and sent a refund request through Paypal. I got the money back within a couple of hours. It turns out there's some pretty good fake headphones out there, also fake iPhones and other smartphones. They tend to be dual SIM models, which tend to be only sold in China.

Chargeback is the last resort. It's early to worry yet. Either cancel the order first and ask for a refund or see what you'll receive.

IMHO, a fake phone is unlikely from this company, but you may have problems with the full manufacturer's warranty in UK:
Has anyone Used prepaymania.co.uk before? Are They Legit?

I paid (as I have already said) £245.90 for a Nokia E7 - Even Prepaymania.co.uk charge £292 and they have sold out !!!
    Makes you wonder - doesn't it ?
I will give them another week before taking matters further...
(although hopefully this will not be necessary)

It appears that Simplyelectronics should be avoided

I have emailed them twice now - to try to get confirmation that my phone has been dispatched (the "automated response" told me that simplyelectronics would respond within a matter of hours) - the website also mentions "live chat" - but I can't see any link

    Any further advice ?

    Ring them?
    Also they say:
Standard Delivery is usually within 3 – 8 working days, while Express Delivery is usually delivered within 1-2 working days from the receipt of your order. You can check the delivery status online with the tracking number given on the dispatched email sent to you.

You can log in to your account on the Simply Electronics website (https://www.simplyelectronics.net/myaccount.php) and check your order status.
I guess it wasn't dispatched as the email was not sent.

Re the replies they say 24 hours:
Alternatively, you can also contact our customer services team using the details found on our Contact Us page (https://www.simplyelectronics.net/contact.php). Our standard response time is currently 24hours.

Simply Electronics are to be avoided. I can't vouch for mobile phones, but when I ran a retail camera store we had countless people coming in to "check" what they had received was right. In one instance, a customer had purchased a Digital SLR and Lens package from them, and it was dispatched without the Lens. Funnily enough, they sell the lenses if was due to be sent with on their website for 60% odd off the retail price from the manufacturer.

Hope you get it all sorted with them, but i'll say what I told my customers- just sometimes, the price might be better elsewhere, but if a multi-national respected company like amazon and the like has it more expensive, it's probably best to get it from them in future.
