Hello
I have recieved a call today from this company and they seem a bit dodgy, they state that they are microsoft certified and help genuine windows users to stop a programme which can damage your hard drive and computer turning the screen blue or green, (I think) the guy spoke with a strong indian accent so it was difficult to understand. He then asked if I had a computer and if I would turn it on and follow instructions to stop the programme.
I told him I didn't have a computer.
He asked if I lied as they have my details when I purchased one.
I asked for a webpage for the company.
I also asked for a telephone number - no response.
he kept asking if I was sat at the computer.
I am a bit shocked, and wonder if they were are trying to hack or get in to my computer, I turned it off. I dont want to google them at the mo to find out. It could have been a bad sales rep, but I dont think so as I asked several times if the service would cost but again no response.
