microsoft engineer scam

don't know if anyone can help but I'm having problems with those microsoft engineer calls - always an indian man and always telling me I've been sending malicious error reports from my computer but when I do 1471 the number is not recognised is there any way I can complain or stop these calls

    Ignore them-everyone in the UK has had these calls, whether you have a PC or not. TPS can't stop them as they originate outside the UK (despite the caller usually claiming to be 'Edward from Cheltenham';)

    I have a play with them if I am in the mood when they call, I even managed to get one to hang up on me once! Told them they should not be able to see the virus I was writing in my sandbox!
