There's just a red cross and no picture being displayed.

But its not your tree. Sp the fight (if he can be bothered to) has to be taken up by your landlord.

He is probably thankful that some one else has paid to remove the tree. It saves him paying out to do it.

Not sure ehat your complaint is.

Eucalyptus trees are beautiful but are thugs. If it's close to your house (or your neighbour's) the roots will be very invasive.

We had a eucalyptus about 70' feet from our back door and it grew like the clappers so we had it taken down. Couldn't chance it being a problem.

As phill99 says it's not actually your tree so you have no say in this at all. Also how exactly has your neighbour killed your Landlords tree without a professional tree surgeon noticing something wrong when he originally trimmed the tree?

My problem is we've made this our home, we had a beautiful tree. Now we have disfigured so to say damaged tree. My problem is my neighbour has been in my garden on numerous occasions without our consent i have a small child that plays in the garden in the summer and this makes me sick. My problem is we and our LL have been lied to as the reason my neighbour has given us seems a lie in the end he's happy with a damaged tree and if the tree isn't dead why doing it? On the day when they came to take the whole tree down why no one told me the tree will be in left in such state? I have given them access in my home and garden, i think i deserve more than 3-4 years of lies.
So this is my problem, maybe for you is nothing - hope no one comes in your garden damaging your property.

    Thank you for your input!

it was a few months between the first visit and the trimming - we found it on the trimming day, there was some ivy like plant around it so maybe that's why we haven't noticed before. There is a vertical concrete wall between the gardens and the property, so highly unlikely to damage the house.

You have my sympathy. We all hate small children playing in gardens in the summer. Perhaps it would help to keep the curtains shut?

Don't know what you mean. What makes me sick is someone jumping through the fence while my child might be there.

But it isn't YOUR tree. You don't seem to be able to comprehend this.
