Hi folks,

Weekend started on Friday with cousin's funeral, then off to Cork for 2 nights with DS1 and family, on to Kerry for 2 nights with DS3 and family....would have been lovely except that dogs got out together on Saturday evening ( DD4 babysitting) and while Mossy returned there has so far been no sign of Kerry....she has her name and phone number on collar, so feeling rather despondent about the chance of her return....she may have been shot by a farmer for trespass, or injured or stolen...no idea where they might have been, have searched, put up notice on animal sites and just trying not to think that she won't be back.....to make bad worse, while DD was searching, she found Thunder's (cat) body on side of the road, so we are now catless.....Sile disappeared more than a year ago so that seems to be that.

Sorry to be such a miseryguts, just how I feel....welcome newbies, I will improve as time goes by.

Evening everyone

I am happy today my working week is done, just hoping for an improvement in the weather. DS2 made pizza at school today, it was delicious, but I only had a tiny piece he ate the rest.

os today swept all floors downstairs, dh was working from home so I couldn't hoover. kitchen cleaned a little, will do properly tomorrow. tomorrow I need to clean properly and get out in garden all being well.

Went to gym tonight, still not lost any weight and I am eating carefully, perhaps it is my tot of baileys in my hot milk before bed that is causing the problems. Going to craft club in the morning, not really managed to do much this week, so may try to do a little first thing tomorrow.

Bitsy - Well done to your ds.
Moorhen - glad things are sorted.
LW - Hope your appointment wasn't too bad and they can help with the shoulder.
Sistercas - some good advice on the thread, hope your meeting is sucessful for you.
