    Afternoon all
My lunch duty location has been changed again & I've had an extra on added as we are short staffed.
I ran out of paper at 10 & delivery didn't arrive 'til 12 so I had a room full of people screaming & wailing.
We've had an hours sun & it got really warm here.
Tea tonight is pork chop & chips for hubby, I'll give it a miss, I don't eat pork & can't be bothered to look for anything else.
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester

    Evening all

    Welcome Hulda :)

Bit of a manic day here, had a boring meeting this morning but as soon as it was over we had a massive powercut that appeared to have affected the whole of the town centre! It lasted about an hour so we couldn't do any work really. Then when it came back it was super busy. I have a new group of work kids starting tomorrow, and there was so much to sort out. At one point I was having a conversation with 3 different people on 3 different phones, plus one with my boss!! :rotfl:

I popped to college after work to pick up my assignments, nice to see the good remarks on them :).

I am waiting to have my tea cos I have to pop out with my colleague to see the Sea Cadets. We are hopefully working with them soon, and annoyingly can only meet them on a Tues night, out of work hours! But will take the minibus and stop off at Aldi on way home for some bits!

OS wise - dishes to wash, packed lunch made, freezer tea.

    Have a good night all

I've pottered about this afternoon, mopped muddy paw prints off the floor and guess what's reappeared

Tea is lemon chicken and pea risotto only I've only got basmatic rice. Oh well H won't care

Sorry everything everyone typed has gne out of my head :o:o
Hugs and spoons all round xxxx

...Work was busy today, I have a meeting on Friday with my boss and someone from HR, the boss gave me a stress health form to fill in - I have never said I was stressed so I don't know where that has come from, I think I will give it back and say its not applicable?...

Why not just act innocent and say "Oh, by the way, here's that form back...was it meant for me, as I haven't asked for one?"

    Hi everyone,

Just popping on to say thanks for all the positive vibes from yesterday.
There must have been loads of them, for not only has everything turned out fine for DD2 (phew!), but DD1 has found the mobile phone that she lost at the end of March ( it had fallen into her friends ballet bag!) and the sun has come out!:j

    Thank you everyone.:):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

    Hugs all round.

Morning all, too rushed to post this morning as having a very busy week at school. Jack and I had a nice dry walk and it has been dry for most of the day. Had to have freezer surprise for tea but DH will make curry tomorrow. House not too bad as did some at weekend so not much for me to do tonight. Off to stitch club later for a natter and a stitch. Welcome to all the newbies and hugs to all who need them. Hope the physioterrorist went well LW, glad things are sorted Moorhen and well done to DS Bitsy- hope your mum is better soon.
Have a good evening all .:)

Popped to the Co-op on my way back from the Sea Cadets visit, and got some YS bargains :) I got some cheese&tomato tortellini for 90p which will make 3 lunches, 2 small ciabatta rolls for 9p each and a bread roll for 9p. Bargain :D

Thanks floss, I may try that!

Just been to see Avengers - not my kind of film I'm afraid, one or two good lines but that was about it. Still, DD loved it!

Going to bed to read in a while, glad your DS is doing well Bitsy. Take care. XX
