I've got one at secondary (blazers, badges, ties and jumpers!) Another starting at the same school in september which means another PE kit which has to be bought from the PE dept on top of said uniform, then i have my son starting nursery in september and they wear uniform as well, lol, and there is no saying he will get that school for reception (infact unlikely) so i can't even make it last more than a year before i have to get a whole new kit for him!!

I only ever buy Start Rite school shoes, my DD is teeny and her shoes are lasting the whole year, which is a bonus.

I dont buy from Clarks etc, I prefer to buy from my local shoe shop. I like to support local retail.

This year Ill have DS to buy for too!

I like sainsburys clothes for my daughter so wll be looking at the school uniform clothes in the next few months. Does anyone know if there will be a few 25% clothing sales before August.

Exactly, i think a money generating scheme...again:eek:

They said in their newsletter they had 'discussed it with the gouvners and some parents',what parent would give themselves more expense by picking a colour you can't buy anywhere!!

I just received my BHS order with these tights. Cant say how great they are yet as DD hasnt worn them but they feel soft and cosy and say on the pack that they are anti-bobble. Remember there is a code for £5 off £25 at BHS (I've used the code twice on same account)

20% off now online, not sure if in store.
