When I look at a car I directly ask if there are any faults, any major components changed, any accident repairs etc.
I expect a truthful answer, otherwise I would be scrabbling about for days going over every hinge, bolt, belt etc.
When I traded mine in I did the same, he asked me if there were any faults, so I told him honestly.
Remember who you are going to be speaking to if you have a problem with your new one in a few weeks time.
Of course they are all crooks though :j:j0
