Babies fed and dressed.. todays job is finding the back room

I also want to measure up for the decking OH wants to build and fence and price that up. I need to ring for a quote for the 2 bedroom windows as well .. I saved £1000 so will have the rest by the time they are ready.. :D.. not sure what to do regarding the bathroom and loo windows.. Ideally I'd like to have larger ones put in but the building work is too much I think.

Anyway, as part of my winter prep this year the bedrooms have to be done and I will get a quote for the large front bay but doubt I can afford to do that too.

Lovely day here so bedding is being washed in a minute and a load of towels so I can get it out on the new line OH is going to be putting up in a minute.. not that he knows this yet :p..

    Busy day for me then!

Moomins first day swimming with school today.. :D

OH's mums op today so sucessful op and no stroke and quick recovery vibes would be appreciated all round I think.. if noone minds!

Weather is lovely here today so I hope he enjoys it!

Thanks I had never noticed you were in York CY but I guess the yorkie gives it away:rotfl: I thought it was something to do with those yappie dogs:o:p Hope the weather lasts as there seems lots to get throught, all the main kids tourist stuff.

Kitchen done:D Just waiting for the floor to dry and baked a cake for DS1 and I whilst I was at it. It is drying up here but threatening more rain so I'll fly/paperwork for another hour I think.

Im been AWOL again and boy does it show.
Dancemum - wow £900 thats fantastic and still loads more stuff to sell - brilliant.
Bossymoo - hugs and also to all who need them. I am rushing to catch up. I am going to start with yesterdays tasks, which im hoping wont take too long, just a quick wipe and get the steamer out and do the floors in there, takes minutes really, the procrastinating (of which i do a lot) takes longer and then i will do todays stuff. I also need to change beds, as they did not get done at weekend and wash the bedding, so think i will do that first. As usual i have a stack of paperwork, quite depressing i can't get my head round it. I shall as always try. Have a nice day everyone.

    Morning flyfriends
I'm in this week thanks to JJ for the thread x

Spent 3hrs ironing on sunday, 2hrs yesterday and i am filling the basket up rapid as the WM is on. On he plus side I have filled about 6 black sacks with clothes and various gibble for the carboot and still on the hunt for more!

So far today I have cleared the cupboard under the sink as something attacked me when i opened it this morning I have done the livingroom and the kitchen I just need to dust. Off to find a list and see what else I should be doing!

    Morning all

Working to my own lists again, but even that is different this week. I normally do the bedrooms on Wednesday but as today is actually dry and sunny and DS rang yesterday to say he's staying here tonight because his work are testing the fire alarms tomorrow morning when he's supposed to be sleeping, I thought I'd better swop things round. I don't think me vacuuming the bedrooms will be any better than fire alarms going off!

So, all the bedrooms are done, including the windows. Two loads of washing on the line. Bed remade. Also I've dusted and polished the living room, hallway and computer desk and vacuumed through downstairs.

Been out for my walk too, though that felt like a real effort today. Strange really, because I kept up the walking through the weekend even when it rained so it's not as though I've had a break. Feeling in a funny mood - that old feeling of impending doom - don't think there is any real reason though. Just me being odd.
