[FONT="]I watched the hoarders programme although I think it may have had the opposite effect on me. We have a bit of clutter and I thought we were hoarders but it turns out not to be the case, it could turn out badly as I have decided that we aren't that bad!
Anyway I have made a good start in the music room, most of the stuff has been stored in some sort of order now and it looks relatively tidy. I will go through it all a bit better over the next couple of weeks.

Hi Dusty, there are a few similar programmes at the moment. The one you might be referring to with the lovely presenter (Jasmine Harmin) is called Britains Biggest Hoarders and she is really lovely. The one that was on last night was called the Hoarder Next Door. Here is a link to them if you go slightly down the page http://www.storage.co.uk/blog/2012/05/tv-schedules-cluttered-by-programmes-about-hoarding/0

Well I have done bog all today lol, geddit? Bog? Never mind.
Anyway, I have had extended family over most of the day and first thing this am me and the tots went to the local market for some salad and bits and bobs, barely unpacked before they all arrived. We are untidy but it's only toys, I have cleaned the kitchen after lunch and loaded DW. Oh, and I hoovered the bedroom carpet that I'm taking up tomorrow lol. I must be nuts. Tots dinner is sorted, and I'm going out for tea.
I joined a group called WAY. means widowed and young, anyway, there is quite a few local to me so about a dozen of us are meeting for a meal tonight. It's my first one so am nervous but also excited about meeting people who understand, and don't get caught in the "don't know what to say trap"Bossymoo

[Creeps back in]
Been a bit busy recently - DD has decided to live with her father, and I am now living completely alone for the first time ever. Well, other than the cats and fish.
I'm still putting off going into her room - it took 4 hours to find 3 square foot of floor the first time I went in there after she was gone. It is truly revolting.
However, the rest of the place looks fine. I've got to dig out the polish (as the place is so tidy, I've actually got time to polish things!) and psyche myself up to clean the windows at some point if it actually doesn't rain within 28 hours for the first time in about a month.
Planning yet another foray to the garden centre, as I've got time to spend growing stuff - I'm growing so much in the way of scarlet geraniums and dark blue lobelia, the front garden is going to be a mass of colour in summer - and I've decided to grow some veggies as well as loads of bee and butterfly friendly flowers out the back.
But today is the first nice day for ages, so I decided that, having done housework all morning, I was fully entitled to do absolutely nothing at all for the rest of the day. So I had a very long, hot shower and have done nothing more strenuous than boil up some chicken bones and made soup for tea.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
I hope you have a good time tonight Bossymoo.
AJmoney great progress. Well done!
I helped set up for the school fete after school today. Lugging tables and the like. DD1's car is back and I'm very light on funds.
This time tomorrow I'm be on the train to London. I'm quite excited now, I finally finished my bra decoration and am very pleased with the result.
Hooray it's Friday! I hope everyone has a good weekend x0 -
DS3 home and seems to have had a great time. Just need to get the washing in and wash up and then let the taxi service begin. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Hi all, can anyone help? In the first post there is a link to Toots welcome post. In that post she mentions a Master list...but the link won't work, does anyone know where I can find the list? Thanks in advance x0
