  • also if a letter came for one of my kids when they had been in thier own house for 4 years I would think it was junk mail too as why wouldnt it be after all the time when they had no loans and didnt pay any household bills etc!

    Give over, a junk letter and an official letter are completely different and easily instantly spottable. Insurance companies use a Franking Machine and there Logo and their Name and Address are printed on the envelope automatically from the machine. So what did your parents do with all your mail, bin it..........

    Anyway, I will now withdraw from this thread and would respectfully point out my signature.

    sorry to the OP but i agree with this point. secondly if this incident happened in 07 and you only came to know about it surely you would of gone through you mail if you visited them on more than one occasion.

    and official letters are more distinctive than junk mail. also i think its a good note to take that you should chack all mail junk or not if its junk it will take a couple mins and then chuck away. and its been delivered at a passed address you shoudl always either have it passed on or if you trust the person get them to open it and check.
