    What a stupid statement.

I'll ask you again. What does a traveller do?

Would a traveller bother with legalities such as a driving licence?

Yes, they won't want to lose their home and 50k worth of tow vehicle.

    What an ignorant statement.

In any case, many travellers now live on sites (at least during the winter months) or have a house - so the DVLA can register them there, the DVLA will also register someone with No Fixed Abode in certain circumstances.

It wasn't a statement, it was a question. Didn't you see the question mark at the end of the sentence?

Busy body. How about mind your own freaking business. This isn't illegal as people have said. Contactable doesn't have to be your home address.

Many people have theirs registered at the parents, or other family - you don't know what their reasons are so quit prying.

So if its ok for them to use an address they don't live at, why is it not for others?

As yet you've failed to post anything to back up your claims

What experience do you have of such matters?

So people who have concerns about possible criminal activity of any kind are "busy bodies"? What a narrow minded attitude.
