Vodafone getting worse?
Comments
-
I have been customer of Vodafone for over 10 years. I always got a great signal wherever I was in the UK and was happy. However, over the last 24months the signal has got a lot worse.
I work in central London and rarely get a reliable 3G signal. I commute on an overground train and while fellow commenters are happy chatting away throughout their journey, I can sometimes nearly get a signal and if I do, it drops out frequently.
I have raised this with Vodafone on numerous occasions but they blame the phone and ask me to send it in. However, I have two phones - one from work, one personal - and both are with Vodafone but different makes (iPhone 4s and HTC Sensation respectively). I get the same experience on both phones and both can't have technical faults.
My contract is up in June so I will be moving to another telecom supplier as a result. Very disappointed by Vodafone.0
