Thank you so much for your input.

I don't mind when i go. i'm applying for my youngests (she's 6 and my eldest is 10) passport on monday, so probably need a good 6 weeks for that to come through (and for me to lose a bit weight!). I quite like the idea of Spain too. I've always fancied going to Puerto Pollensa, Majorca. I'm not really into busy, loud places and this seems to be a excellent mix bag of good facilities and quiet old town.
No worries, I love looking for holidays, where are you flying from?
What I do is do a search then when I see something I like, have a look on trip advisor for reviews, some of the reviews you have to take with a pinch of salt as some people love a moan! lol

I'm blinded by holidays at the moment!!! We're in North Wales, so Manchester or Liverpool airports are best for us.

Anytime outside of school holidays is fine with me. The quiter the better in my book!

Have you been away on your own before with the kids?

No never been away with the kids before, my boys will be 4 and almost 9 at the time we go, slightly scared but I'm looking at places with kids clubs etc.
Have you thought about doing a villa if you want quiet?
I'm no expert as I have only been looking at the typical AI hotels which are going to be busy and loud, just like us lol

4 Star Hotel Blue Sea Lagos De Cesar in Puerto Santiago, Tenerife £340 All Inc for a week with https://www.lowcostholidays.com

Ryanair flights are around £110pp end of June/Early July from Manchester

    You will get away with 1 x 15KG + 3X 10kg hand luggage

Lowcostholidays should be able to put this together within your budget inc transfers.
Insurance should only be about £6 or £7 (children are free)

Is the website onthebeach.co.uk ok? It just seems a bit odd that they are the only ones that allow free kids places to apply to more than one child. From what i've seen the norm is that 2 adults are required for each free child place. I have everything crossed, that they are kosher!!!

Have you been away on your own before with the kids?

Have you checked with your children's school(s) that they'll give you permission to be away in term time?
