Why won't they leave feedback?!?

I want them to leave feedback so that I know they received the item ok and are happy with it. Also, if they aren't happy I'd rather sort out the issue with them instead of just getting a random neg or neutral for an issue easily solved.
If they have a problem they'll let you know. If you don't hear anything all's fine. As others don't harass them. I leave FB when I remember which can be weeks after the purchase. If people start hassling me I am unlikely to as FB is voluntary'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
