Paypoo account limited

I received £1900 to my paypoo account, and predictably enough they are messing me around. My account is 'limited', which means I can't do anything until it is resolved. However, as you can see:

I've jumped through all their hoops, but it still says I need to do more, even though all the to-do items are crossed out.

Any ideas what I need to do?

Call them and ask. Maybe not call them "Paypoo", they might think it childish;)

According to the info provided you are not verified. It should say something like ‘You are fully verified’ instead of ‘More account information required’. Though I can’t see why it doesn’t so my advice is the same as RFW’s - phone them.

Fact, or opinion? This is often banded about, but nobody ever backs up the claim...

Steve, I think the answer is already there, they call it 'paypoo' which shows how much they understand. It also shows why this thread won't get as much help as other similar threads.

With both Paypal and eBay, I've found sometimes it pays to pick up the phone and speak to someone. I suspect this may be one such example.

A good old rant always endears help from a customer service department:o

Paypal don't earn interest on held funds and as a financial institution aren't allowed to within the UK. In the US where they can and do they actually give it back to customers upon request or (I think) donate to charity when it isn't. Paypal only doing it to protect buyers doesn't really make a good reason for some.
