i spend half my time telling folk at the peel centre about the scammers known as excell parking, who scam people there right, left and centre, they have no powers, you have not recieved a legit parking ticket, merely a PARKING charge notice=not legit/unenforceable,equates to loo paper,,a lgit ticket is called a PENALTY charge notice, you dont have this, so in effect you have nothing,, so ignore the threat o grams you will recieve in the future from, excell/roxburghe/graham white,,,all part of the same scam, nothing will/can happen to you as a result of this fake ticket,,, now for your homework,,google,,michael cutts and victoria hethrington -jakeman,then you will be further reassured,,as a foot note, beware of the other scammers who operate on newbridge lane at aldi,,they are called ,,parking eye(known affectionly as ,, parking spy/lie,,yet another giver outer of fake tickets,, please tell all your friends about these two major outfits, con merchants of the first degree,,relax, chill out, enjoy the wonderfull stockport heatwave,,and ignore, ignore, ignore,, come back for reassurance as often as you like.see what michael cutts did to excell last sept, there you go, jobs a real good un.0

Yep, just ignore the con artists. You made the mistake of contacting them (they often put false info on tickets to get you to do that) but no worries, don't contact them again. You don't have to prove anything as after a few stupid letters they will go away.
They tried to take someone to court for not paying there once, but the Judge told them to eff off. In polite legal terminology, of course.
So they won't be going down that road again.0 -
hi all, i really appreciate all your advice you have given me, i will now go to bed and not worry. thanks again for everything ;o)0
