hello,
wanted to wish you the best of luck for today.
I am on my fourth pregnancy. I bled for the first and was so scared too but the blood colour was dark so the said it was old and nothing to worry about but gave me a scan anyway....all went well. My second pregnancy I bled bright red and was nearly hysterical because I knew this was worse. turned out the pregnancy hormones had softened the cervix and it was this bleeding, nothing to do wiith baby. I really hope this is the case for you too. The other two pregnancies had no bleeding at all (I'm 32 weeks). They are all different.
Best of luck at this scary time, I think everyone here will be thinking of you today xxxxxxx0 -
Just to add- I had this last April which was unfortunately the start of a miscarriage (at 12 weeks), but then I had it second time round in Oct at about 7 -8 weeks and I'm now 30 weeks pg and all seems to be ok. My MW actually told me she had a huge bleed when she was pregnant at about 8 weeks- and she is now 39 weeks! SO, all the best, and hope it works out ok. xx0

Just wondering if you had any news as I've been thinking of you.
I also had a 7/8 week bleed last summer which was unfortunately bad news for me- I am pregnant again now at 7 weeks so I am pretty petrified and have to keep "checking" in the ladies...although my doc has assured me that everything is likely to be fine, that one mc doesn't mean you will go on to have more.
Hope to hear news from you soon x0 -
Just wanted to send you best wishes whatever the outcome of the scan. I had bleeding in all 5 pregnancies but the one that miscarried was different period like cramps and constant bleeding. Spotting is common in pregnancy when you have an erosion because the cervix softens due to the pregnancy hormone.0
