Trying to get pac code from Three! Gah!!

    If you can upgrade from 25/5 when does your contract finish? I'd bet my bottom dollar it'll be another month or more after that.

    Isn't that why they won't give you a PAC code? You need to pay the contract up before they'll let you leave early.

    They can't refuse to give you a PAC even if you owe them money. It says that on the link provided by liubeliu.

    can anyone tell me what this is, and if its easy to get from 3? they rang me yday as im due to upgrade and i do get very poor signal in my house!

    The home signal booster? It's a device that plugs into your home broadband connection. It works to basically divert your phone usage through the broadband connection to make sure you get good signal indoors. You should call up 3 to request one. If you're near the end of your contract, you're unlikely to be given one but if you renew, you should get one for free if you ask.

    They have to give you a PAC at any point you ask, regardless of contract term left. However use it before you've hit ther minumum terms and you get thr early termination fee applied.
