Hi again everyone, so I hadn't received anything more from Graham White etc since my last post however I have today received the Final Warning. I am trying hard to ignore it BUT I have looked on all the posts and can't find any example letters that mention "we have already fulfilled all legal requirements in relation to commencing litigation"..... Then goes on about consequences of litigation eg seizure of assets, denying credit etc.... "We will refer the matter in seven days. Please be aware that this matter will go away without solution or resolution." I know a lot of you are bored of us worriers still posting about this kind of thing, but I'm just concerned incase I am one of the unlucky few who would get taken to court, in which case I would rather pay (£100). In my one and only letter to 'car parking management' I did stupidly admit to being the driver because I didn't hear about this forum till after that, so I think this will have put me in a bad position!

Please can you advise if this is just another stupid letter as they have given me 7 days!!

Did it really say this or is there a word missing?

Found your letter within a minute, it's 'letter 4' under

All you need to do is look on the letter chains thread under any other PPC which uses the Gaham White letters. Thy are all there.

    :)

Thank you for this, I feel relief at seeing it. I didnt look under PPC as was looking for the short name of my charge!

Yet another parking management company jumped on the paymypcn.net band wagon called express ticketing ltd.

I have just begun my journey as they have rejected my appeal (surprised) not. Even though the warning signage gave no warning of a parking charge and only warned of a clamping charge or a removal of vehicle charge.

Even the ticket issued made a false claim of an application being made to the BPA which I have checked with them and they have never had an application for membership from express ticketing ltd.

It appears since the ban on clamping new methods to extract money from the law abiding motorist have been adopted by the ex clampers.

Anyway all help and advise maybe of use shared to help fight these fraudsters.

This thread is ancient and out of date, as it's from 2012!

We have new threads every single day on here so you need to look at the current parking forum, see my signature, one click away.

You appealed and sent your details on a plate to a non-AOS scammer? Why - because their fake parking ticket said you should?

You need to start your own thread but you should never have contacted them, you would have heard nothing more as they couldn't have got your address from the DVLA at all. Only AOS members can get DVLA data and you don't have to pay their fake PCNs either.

This thread is ancient and out of date, as it's from last year! We have new threads every single day on here so you need to look at the current parking forum, see my signature, one click away. Then start a new thread. You can't take it to POPLA but you can fight back by reporting them to the DVLA and Trading Standards, local paper, the landowner/occupier, you name it.

Your right not to contact in most instances but if you do alittle research on the crooks you are dealing with. As with Express Ticketing Ltd they are using a BPA member to collect the money, PCN services Ltd who have access to the DVLA database via this method but not answerable to POPLA as its Express Ticketing Ltd who issued the notice. As usual the parking cowboys find ways to bend the rules.

I am also a fleet driver and once they contact the fleet company because the law has no changed and made them liable if they don't supply drivers details a lot of them just pay the fine and deduct it from salary
  • Hi to one and all. i have recently been issued with a £60 fine for parking on double yellow lines, right next to a disabled bay, that i have a disabled badge for via my 84 yr old grandfather, who was with me at the time of issue!. i also stress not being able to use this bay, due to some !!!! being parked in there with no badge!. my gramp suffers from c.o.p.d, and can hardly breath. on the day in mention we were visiting my wife who was undergoing a major op on her womanly parts. she has been waiting for 9 month, due to it being cancelled 3 times. so you can imagine my reaction when returning to our car, and finding this ticket, even though showing a displayed disabled badge in window. do they not have or know any shame. i have contact them on 3 occasions, to try and resolve this issue, only to be told its not in the system yet!. its been 5 days!. 2 days to resolve or pay full cost. help!!!. I will not be bullied by these ........

Please create your own thread instead of bumping an ancient thread with our of date info in it - many thanks

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Pleeeeeeeease stop contacting them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STOP!!!!!!!!!!!

Post a new thread, you DO NOT respond to this fake ticket you WAIT for the Notice to Keeper then win it (with our help) with a 2-stage written/emailed appeal. Do as Stroma says, copy & paste your post into a new thread using the blue new thread button...on the main parking forum.
