I know, he just wants the last say in everything and cant handle the fact I am moving on with my life and blissfully happy now he is out of it (apart from the fact that I still need contact with him). We have a minute of agreement through the solicitors drawn up for access but nothing has gone through the courts, I have stopped access before for approx 6 weeks as I told him I wasnt putting up with his behaviour when he didnt get his own way and he talked me round to agreeing access terms as he said he couldnt afford to do it through the courts.

My solicitor is very unhelpful actually when I think about it, when I told her I couldnt get money from him she just said go the "CSA" and that was the last word on it! I feel as though its too much bother contacting my solicitor sometimes, I am halfway through a divorce so cant really change solicitor at the moment.

Do you really trust her to do a good job on your divorce?

I believe the divorce to be quite straightforward as I bought him out of the matrimonial home in feb last year, he wouldnt agree to sign off on the divorce though so I had to wait 2 years until I didnt need his consent, so its not that there are any assets etc.

I waived my rights to his pension and agreed to give him a small lump sum so I could stay in the house.

Making arrangements through a 5 year old? I wouldn't rely on a 15 year old, tbh!

So why didn't you go to the CSA? It was actually sensible advice.
