So today I called sky and suggested cancelling...they reduced my bills by £14.50 a month, gave me a £15 credit and upgraded me to sky HD+ which means I get all the sky anytime stuff!!!...more stuff for less money!! AWESOME!

then I rang the leccy company they set me up an £80 direct debit - i don't think thats going to clear me by the next quarter but it gets them off my back for a bit whilst I save

I have joint swag bucks and manged to earn 200 points already! i've signed up for my first mystery shop.. its only £3.50 fee but i get a free diner so i figure i'm quids in!

I have also entered hundreds of competitions! fingers crossed!

I'm feeling good today, have to admit I had a wobble last night when I went to be i think the enormity of my debt hit me - its more than a third of what I earn in an entire year, and i thought long and hard about the advice about not keeping it to myself.. I think for now this is our secret....i have been through a lot and was in a very dark place for a long time..I really don't want my parents to be worrying about me again, I think I want to be in control...1 loan ends this month, my electricity is sorted as in they wont cut me off....I think if i can get this stuff down to 2 credit cards maybe then I can mention it...

...did mange to spend £12 today mind....bread, milk, cat food, potatoes, onions, pizza and chocolate...:o

Ok so i've just done a snowball...

CCCS reckon i'll be debt free April 2016...ouch

however...snowball say Jan 2015 which sounds a start.. i know i'm kinda stuck because I've started the DMP but i'm thinking I can use it as a target and every extra I earn or save i'll pay off the card it suggested

I majorily need to monitor my outgoings... i'm going to do another SOA tomorrow with my new Sky :-)

Thank you for all your support everyone! I really feel postive at the moment

Well yesterday I applied to L10bridge and they sent me all the contracts so hopefully i'll get to sit my exam next week. It sounds like they have been a bit quiet of late work wise but some people are making another £300 a month which would be an awesome boost.

I rang Natwest about my mortgage exit fees but they charged me the right amount unfortunatley! still it was worth a chance :D

i'm going to dig out my payslips for a couple of jobs where I had a uniform to claim that back - it wont be a lot but it all helps

I'm not owed any PPI or charges which is a bit of a downer

Paid £90 towards the credit cards and £132.50 towards to service charge which brings me under £11k already - go me! :T
