can you believe this..... my dd has just told me that they had a supply teacher in maths today, she couldnt keep any control over the class and when my dd told her that she didnt understand the work.. the teacher told her to do some drawing instead !!!! boy are they in for a phone call. she has problems with her maths as it is what a waste of a lesson

Well, ive cleaned my oven, but thats it, just getting ready to take DS to football training, then home about 7 for our SC stew!!
Havnt cleaned the kitchen floor, but think i will leave it til tomorrow now.

i am enjoying reading about all the programmes, it was great when watch with mother came on it was the only time i got some peace
i remember mr benn, animal band, trumpton ( cuthbert, dibble and grub), zippy and bungle, hong kong phooey, thundercats etc
wagon wheels were sold seperately and were huge, lucky tatties and a sixpenny bag of chips, coo candy, (highland toffee) if you were rich you could buy the choc coated one, smithys had a huge counter of halfpenny, penny and four for a penny chews, rhubarb rock and bullseyes etc along with their pet cat sitting amongst them all but we didnt care

update.... the school has just rung back... the head of the maths dpt.. she said that the supply teacher would not be back and thanked me for letting them know. i think maybe i wasnt the only mum to have made a complaint
