  • You gotta temper the chocolate properly. If you using ready tempered chocolate then it should be fine.

  • We all are pressed for time ( busy shopping everywhere). I have made pretty simple 16 Christmas cupcake decorations under 60 minutes. Do we have any beginners here for fondant/sugarpaste, then I will put up step by step photos or instructions. I am being lazy to do that, so checking beforehand if somebody needs it.
I have it because I always shoot while making.
    I am cupcake maddy!!

You can make milk chocolate truffles, there is no reason however, people are more use to dark chocolate truffle.

Thank you!! Its only mum being awkward and not liking dark chocolate whatsoever lol Im going to try a batch of each this weekend and a few people in work have offered to do a blind taste test to see what they think (arent they generous lol) Just need to find the time now to make it on top of getting hampers, decorating the house and having to dismantle the big desk in our spare room to make way for the lovely glass one my parents have given me :D
