I didnt even think of getting a mans xmas jumper instead! I was jealous of the pom pom nose on the mens one too lol! But mine only had the reindeer mens one, no santa and dont want to wear the same as OH bah.
Yaaaay at the boys christmas pyjama update.
Ill have to stalk my local primark!! HOW lovely is that puzzle!
They have a lovely navy blue snowman one, Its rows of snowmen and green xmas trees all over it. It was my favourite one! They have a red santa one with a fluffy 'real feel' beard on, the green reindeer and the xmas pudding one in my primark. The snowman one is very 'classic' looking and I adore it. If i can figure out how to post a picture tomorrow I'll upload one so you can see it
Did they not have the blue mens penguin jumper in yours as well? It had a pom pom nose as well and a furry bellyI wanted both but I just couldn't justify the money .
I did go to a very very large city centre primark though, there is literally nothing they don't sell.
ETA - The puzzle is even better when you see it in person, Really worth the £4.49 . Would make a lovely gift actually now that I think about it...Having a coke with youis even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona0 -
Hopefully I can save you all a journey and much debate... Baskets in HB are 3 different sizes and of course prices. Sml medium large.0

Pound stretcher is also much more expensive.
ive found poundstrecher is cheaper than the pound shops on sweets and toiletries .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
kellyhghs - thank you so much for the link to the Studio blankets and cushions, I love them and am going to order some today!!
kaymumof3 - the can of coke in the stocking is a fab idea! We don't generally have fizzy drinks in the house and a coke is a treat, so i'm going to pop one into OH's stocking - I think he'd love it! I wish we could buy those little round bottles that were posted on here...
chunkymonkey2144 - Well done on having finished all of your shopping already! Don't worry Christmas will be here before you know it!
littlemschatabox - I love Great British Bake Off too, not sure what i'm going to do with my Tuesday evenings now!:(
ellie9ellie - I hope you're knee gets better soon and you're not laid up for too long.
tab1967 - I hope Oscar gets better soon and can come out of hospital for lots of cuddles. x
ostaragirl - great bargain on the trees, I don't often look at things like Facebook selling pages but now I feel I should!
Possession - those pics of home made treats you posted look fab, the only problem is I keep collecting up ideas and now I don't know what to make as I can't make them all!
emalou88 - I never used to have a special outfit for Christmas day, I would wear something if I got it as a present but didn't get anything especially for it. However in the last couple of years i've loved the idea of getting a special outfit for the day, last year I bought a lovely red dress. This year i'd like to wear something sparkly!
riskyb - I know you've pretty much finished your chocolate hamper now and it sounds fab, however I just wanted to let you know that I was reading a rom com book earlier in the year called 'The Chocolate Lovers Club', and I think there was one before it called 'The Chocolate Lovers Diet.' They were good and obviously chocolate featured heavily!
my3girls - bah humbug to your husband!
msgigglewick - that scarf is fab well done!! Very festive.0 -
Morning :santa2: I'm leaving to visit my family and my Papas funeral tomorrow. I'm hoping to go shopping with my Mum on Saturday, so will pop into Primark and hopefully get us all a jumper.
I was in my local photographers. They also stock Yankee tarts. They are only £1.25 each, so I got Sugared apple and Be Thankful, which smells like warm apple pie, lush!
Damsel in Distress, they had two different sizes of those baskets in my HB, the large ones were £5.99 but there was no price on the smaller one, I assume that's the £3.99 one? It was still a good size.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Morning
Got a few bits whilst out shopping yesterday, got one of each of the Christmas cups for 99p from HB that Amey posted, other odds and sods from there too inc: A plugin Air Freshner spiced apple and 'something' can't remember but it smells like Christmas it's yummy! couldn't get too much cos 2 of the people I'm doing stockings for were with me lol
Went to B&M but couldn't find the Mario candy canes booooo! but did manage to pick up a bargain, Bed head Shampoo & conditioner, quite tall bottles for £4.99 each :j they had 4 different flavours (lol) so got DD2 a matching pair ...will probs have a look out for the matching hairspray and do a mini hamper for her.
The baskets in HB were 3 different sizes the largest being £5.99. They were lovely too but don't need any this year, although *had a thought* I might get the smallest one for DD2's bed head hamper *rubs chin*
Bought 2 Christmas CD's in Poundland, my favourite, favourite singers, one was Nat King Cole & Dean Martin, the other was Bing Crosby, tried them in the car yesterday (as you do in October) and they were delicious, scrumptious & devine! lol... thrilled with them
