I was having a look at the Rudolph game. Do you definently need to of seen another DVD or is the game DVD included enough? My oh was arguing with me as I said you need to of seen the film, but he said everything is included. We ended up not getting it at all.

said it before (but will say it again).............. take it from someone who has played the game..............

you don't HAVE to have seen the film (original one 1964) but it helps.
one of the games is complete this song.......
if you don't know the song it's a 1 in 3 chance you'll get it right.

I'm with you MarliesMummy I bought a polystyrene cone was thinking I could stick the macaroons on similar to a sweet tree:) is it me just looking on my phone or does the M&S one look like a plastic frame?

I must admit it doesn't shout out "buy me" , I'm certain similar could be made and be more satisfying that it was home made
  • I may even be super crafty & get my dad to make me a special stand as his work is all joinery & hes pretty nifty!
Im excited now :-) going to have to practice at my macaroons though!

I used piping bags last year and they were fine. I put the chocolate powder in one & then cut it down and fastened it with a bit of tape. Then I put that inside another piping bag and filled that with chocolate chips & mini marshmallows and tied some curling ribbon around the top to fasten it.
I just tried to find a photo but couldn't. :(

If I remember rightly the piping bags came from Lakeland in a deal with some other bits.
