So I thought I'd follow other good examples on here and have received a delivery from Asda of a tin of celebrations... I'm gutted. They have taken out the galaxy truffles!! That is just not fair!! Grump!! That was the only reason why I agreed to have them over cadbury's heros... so that means I'm going to have to buy a tin of them too! Grump!!

  • gupalsmurthpadacal - I know you have already decided what to get your friends who are couples but I just wanted to say that I am making some of my 'couple' friends a film hamper. I'm putting in a £5 Blockbuster voucher to cover the cost of renting one film, then adding a bag of chocs, a bag of sweets, popcorn and some coke. My OH and I received a fondue set between us last year with some Lindt choclate and a bag of marshmallows, that was lovely too.

Oooo those are some fab ideas, thank you! :D
  • Will look again tomorrow. I can't even find the on-line ordering or am I missing something?
The food ordering brochure says book online - but your right - I can't see a Christmas link when I look for food. What's the point releasing the brochure if you can't actually order

All I can see online is the M&S hampers. (Lol at there being one for £999 by the way. As if.)

A big thank you to the person who posted about the Primani Christmas bedding :D I picked up the 'fairisle' print today and I love it! Hope I can wait till Christmas to put it on the bed! Sadly they only had the 'love heart' bottom sheet in single size, but I'll track a double one down come hell or high water :xmastree:

Also stocked up in thorntons on their 5 for £20 deal and picked up a couple of things for my 'Christmas child' shoebox all in all a productive day :xmassmile
