  • I just used hubbys account to buy 3 reflective dog collars for our 3 poochies stockings :D was going to get them in poundland (last years have done them surprisingly well) but I thought this saves me £2.15 (had to pay 85p) and they are reflective :)

I just want to buy them some teddys from the carboot sunday (usually 20p each) and some tennis balls - my Jasper is obsessed with tennis balls but they have to be real tennis balls and not dog tennis balls ROFL.

    Thanks again!

Yes. Thats all you do. Scan your items then pour your change in the machine.:) If you haven't done it before, I would start with something smaller than an £8 purchase, if paying with small change. :rotfl:

Right I'll try it the moro and see what happens:p I've seen those tills buy shyed away.

  • Sounds lovely. :j

It's the easiest thing to do - sugar, olive oil or any oil, coconut, almond etc and essential oil of your choice, can add honey if desired. I can honestly say my skin has never been so smooth and no nasty chems. I'll jazz up the jars with ribbon and labels ;)

  • Has anyone read her other christmas book the magic of christmas ?

I did, was really disappointed it it unfortunately, it was mainly set in summer with about half a page of Christmas Day! from what I understand it is another of her books slightly altered and given a lovely Christmassy cover, I felt myself they were cashing in on the popularity of Twelve Days maybe? its just my opinion and others may have different view to me, but didnt feel it was anything like as good as Twelve Days myself.

I hope everyone who has ordered Twelve Days loves it as much as I do!
  • I had a look in Smiths today as my son wants 3 skulduggery pleasant books but they worked out at £23.50 so I didn't bother. Just used the ebay code and got all three for £6.41 - thanks :-)
  • Hello there fellow christmas crazy people!

I've been following/stalking this thread much like an addiction so thought I should pop in and say hello - and thanks!

I've just used that ebay code for 2 torches to add to a couple of hampers I'm doing for kiddies this year. Its my first year doing hampers and everyone is getting a bundle. Thankfully ebay has come through very well.

2 weeks ago everyone thought I was mad for starting my xmas bits, and now they are all doing it!

I keep seeing that monopoly, but I don't think my OH will really understand why I would need it. I'll have to keep it in mind for when we have kids though! I did have to calm myself when in my local shopping center recently..... The yearly christmas shop was being created with all sorts of christmas goodness. I hanted to do a little dance, but I was alone and I didn't want to look like a completely crazy lady!!
