My Christmas Ups and Downs of the Day.:snow_grin
DOWNS
DD and stocking
Our local Thorntons has become an outlet store, and is not stocking gift-tags:mad:
The only calendar not in Card Factory is the one I need to finish my shopping. They said it should be in soon:mad:
UPS
DD horified when I told her no stocking meant no novelty knickers :rotfl:
Found Harry Potter Scene It game for £9.99 in book shop ( DD watches a film nearly every night in bed):rotfl:
Just used Ebay code and got £5 of gift I wanted for myself:rotfl:
Am going Bury St Edmunds for a Christmas weekend on Nov 24th, and have found out they have a Cineworld. So I can use Tesco vouchers, to see Rise Of The Guardians.:j
JUST PLAIN FUNNY
Got 2 tins of chocolates in Tesco Express tonight, using my pennies.
It took 25 minutes for the self service machine to count £8. It broke down twice. But everybody in there had agood laugh at me.:snow_laug0 -

Yes. Thats all you do. Scan your items then pour your change in the machine.:) If you haven't done it before, I would start with something smaller than an £8 purchase, if paying with small change. :rotfl:0 -
