Oooh - Lazysheep - I didn't know you could browse the clearance bit by store - how do you do it???

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/ArgosClearance?!!!!!ar:home:fz:004: is the link you need! Just put in your postcode/town and away you go :D

Edit: Too slow sorry!! damn work managers making me too busy to look at Christmas related things. Now I'm just wondering if it's bad form to try and get to town after work/before going out as I'm in the Xmas mood or whether there's not enough time.... I always get really excited when I get presents I think will be really liked!

This made me smile- the thought of you waiting for midmight to reserve :rotfl::rotfl: Glad you managed it though! :T

I will have to remind DH to go and pick up my stuff tonight (I can't drive atm due to a recent operation). I sent the reservation number to his mobile while he was out yesterday and he nearly gave the game away in front of DS2 when he got back- good job I'm good at subterfuge! ;)

The things we have to do!!

I know this was written ages ago but just been reading through the thread and saw your comment about DD loving anything Peppa Pig related!

Just for info I was in £land yesterday and they had lots of Peppa Pig related stuff for little un's - I got my nephew (3) a Peppa Pig recorder and a Peppa Pig music set both for £1 - would make good stocking fillers for your DD!

    Hope this helps x

Ooh thankyou! I have a pounndland near me (just about the only one I do have! My nearest Range, B&M, 99p store, Home bargains etc are all over an hours drive away :() so I'll take a look possibly tomorrow hopefully when it's stopped chucking it down! :)

HI everyone, I have spent an enjoyable morning reading this thread, I popped in when the thread had just started but forgot to subscribe, now I have added you all and look forward to lots of warm fuzzy feelings reading about your Christmas preparations :) I have always adored Christmas and all the fun of getting ready for it. I too love the dark nights when I can draw the curtains and shut out the cold, its nice to know I am not the only one :) Hope to get more inspiration :) Thanks :)
