    The secret of Christmas
It's not the things you do at Christmastime
But the Christmas things you do
    All year through

and I totally agree with this.:)
  • For those of you who have littlies, I was in Toys R Us last night and saw little Chuggington train books, both soft and hard for 49p, thought they may be good as stocking fillers

Thought i'd share my version of the elfreport im making. Have done passport, message cards, sleigh driving licence etc to match just got to finish off santa letters now. What do you think? will it pass.. (only because i wasn't overly impressed with the ones you can print off or the ones selling on ebay, being a bit of a graphics geek myself lol)

I ordered a book yesterday (was meant to be having a week off spending for gifts! that week was meant to turn into a month) was only £3 but still.
Its the ~Pirate's night before Christmas... since my dd4 (nearly 3 is mad on pirates atm thought she'd like it.) turns out my dh nearly bought the same book last week lol great minds and all that.

edit sorry image was so large!

*Settles herself in for the duration* :D

Well we got married in July, and I did a lot of DIYing for that. Now it's all over with I feel really empty... sooo to fill the gap I am beginning my Christmas prep :D (Have decided to have a Christmas Gathering for our immediate family as well seeing as everyone got on so well at our wedding). :D

    So this was the start:
(I am turning into Martha Stewart!)
Made from an old cardigan of mine.

love the stocking! glad to hear your wedding went so smoothly :)

I'm the same - I spent all year planning our holiday, checking out something new to do, places to eat every day for 8 months - but coming home I'm suddenly left with nothing to plan ...

so getting down to Christmas planning with avengence too - I texted my sister to check what Sundays they could hold free in december for our family get together, she texted back 'but I'm still planning September!' *tuts lots*

Well I've had quite a productive day for a change - I like to be able to regularly buy things for my Christmas list otherwise I start to panic slightly!! I went shopping today and for once got everything on my list and the prices have now been added to the spreadsheet - I feel very happy looking at my spend (just over £100 so far) and my savings from rrp (approx £130) :D
