Unfortunately not peachyprice, the only time it bleeps is when any of the doors are open or it needs petrol, lol! I can't think of anything else that i would have as proof, i'm guessing it will be our word against theirs. I'm just going to keep thinking positive!

Your word against differing statements of theirs tho.
It is annoying, my kids like yours automatically put their seatbelts on when they get in a car, I have to always check their friends though. Just pulled away the other day with one of their friends in the car and beep beep beep... Luckily my fella's car does have a seat belt alarm in it. It quite surprised me that the kids who were in the car didn't put their belts on automatically. guess I just thought cos mine do it....4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
I did approach him when i was leaving to ask if he had actually seen her without the belt, to which he replied that he 'thought' she didn't have one on. If he had definitely seen that she didn't he would have just said yes he did. When i explained to him that she did actually have one on, he said all he could say was sorry.
I would write this down in as much detail as you can remember now. If it ever did go to court in the future you may well have forgotten the details by then. It could be useful.Hi Ho Silver Awayyyyyyyyyy0 -
I've already written it down...i did that the same night
I know mazza111, it is really shocking how many kids that don't understand the safety reasons behind the seatbelts. I've seen a few without too, and just like you i always check if there are other kids in the car that aren't normally - just to be on the safe side.Lightbulb Moment : 15.04.12
