Hawaii doesnt have to be expensive, however it can be if you choose to stay in a hotel room in an expensive chain. Ive never paid anywhere near 4k to go there. However Im happy to stay in an apartment for £60 a night- and sometimes you do get the pool for your own private use if no one else is around!

I have seen condos in Hawaii with private pools for around £150 a night - theyre not hotels so you wouldnt get waited on hand and foot but you would have a kitchen and lounge.

However I would not fly for 18 hours to sit there and do nothing! You may as well go to a nice hotel in the Med with the cheapest flight possible if youre not interested in seeing anything.

If you want cheap spa stuff maybe try Asia. Kuoni is a good idea as suggested by Incapuppy.

Thanks for the suggestions, Looking at Seychelles and Maldives I think 4K will get us something rather nice but when I factor in all the Spa treatments, dinner its all going to add up.

Are there any resorts which offer spa included in the price or at a discounted price? Doesnt have to be maldives or seychelles...
looking to get ideas of other places around the world, where maybe I might get more out of the price paid.

Sorry someone mentioned sri lanka, and we have looked into it and ruled it out.. Its just India (we are indian and been to india many times and want a change)...

How about Maurituis? The beaches are fab and there are loads of nice resorts. Its not as expensive as you might think and most places have spa's and great restuarants attached. La Pirogue is a really lovely place.

    Hi
I haven't checked what the weather will be like but..
I was considering this hotel in Vietnam, Fusion Maia, on the beach, all 'villas' have their own pool and the spa is All Inclusive. I had a quick look on expedia and the hotel is coming out at approx 2k for 10 nights including all spa treatments and a buffet breakfast.

Have a look and check it out the reviews are good!

We've just booked 11 nights in St. Lucia for our Silver Anniversary early September.

We did the 2for1 deal with Sandals & although we booked the hotel & flights seperately, when we priced them together on the Sandals website, we could get the whole holiday for under £4k.

Might be worth a look while the deal is still on, it finishes on 14th May. There's lots of choice in the Caribbean & Bahamas, most Caribbean flights are only 8 hours or so, so not so long a flight even for a week/10 days.
