Honeymoon for £4k with my requirements...possible?

Hi
Wow didn't realise looking for a honeymoon would be so hard with my budget but how wrong was I!
I will be getting married end of July but both myself and my partner have decided to go on our honeymoon in September (soon after the kids are back at school) hoping the prices will be cheaper but am disappointed to see that they just aren't..
Locations we have decided are Seychelles, maldives or Cancun (but Cancun is really last resort). Did look at Hawaii but was laughed at with our 4k budget and from friends advice they advised to stay away as we wont get luxury for £4k as its very expensive!
So the requirements are:
We literally are not going to do nothing, we just going to relax, enjoy the sun and be pampered. We may do the odd excursion if we see something that interests us but its not something we are planning for.
My partner doesn't really eat out much and am worried about the cuisines... Even breakfast is a worry so am unsure whether I should do bed and breakfast, halfboard or all inclusive. I feel that all inclusive may be the cheaper option, but am worried about lack of choice and also have heard that international brand drinks are not included in all inclusive. Also some hotels don't allow you to use every restaurant. is this true?
Am I being realistic, could I get my own pool in the villa or room for my budget, if I need to increase how much would I need to increase it by, with a sea view? Is it worth paying the extra for all inclusive? how do I know what exclusions are in an all inclusive as I am guessing every hotel has different exclusions?
Any recommendations where I can look would be of great benefit. Do some hotels do deals where we can get spa treatments included with the price? is there such a thing?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

So the requirements are:
- Sea view
- private pool in hotel room
- villa would be nice
- good but cost effective spa treatments within the hotel or even included in hotel price.

Grab a copy or look online at the likes of the Kuoni Worldwide brochure (or similar) and you will soon see what your budget will and will not stretch to.0

Also, barring the obvious, Christmas/New Year etc you will find that with quite a few long haul options priced according to high/low/shoulder season, UK summer school holidays will not make a massively obvious difference.0

The best way of getting luxury for your money, do next to nothing (if that's really what you want), eat as much or as little as you like and get a sea view would be to go on a cruise. You can get some great deals in September.
The huge drawback is sharing an environment with so many people, but if you book a nice spacious balcony suite with butler service (not necessary) you can avoid that. Book carefully, and you will get change out of your £4k.
Booking for the end of July might be better in fact, I think there will be some good discounts to be had whilst the rest of the country goes Olympics-crazy!Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

What about Thailand - see the recent thread here. Should be easily doable for £4k0

I think you really need to sit down and work out exactly what your priorities are and what you would be prepared to trade off to get the other.0

Thailand or Bali might be better to get what you want. Also day to day costs in both places are low.
Not sure what you mean by pool in room?weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0
