Face is feeling a lot better, it was still a little pink today and has gone a bit dry and tight again, so have put loads of night cream on. Obviously had a bad reaction to something, but not sure what, I am wondering if its the Eve Lom mask have been using it once a week for the last few weeks, but left it on for longer this week (but still within the time on the tube). I have changed cleanser as well incase that was causing the problem after using it for a while without a break to try and UU. So am using the Clarins one and its lovely.

Have some outs 4 x Nivea Q10 pore refining day cream 1.5ml sachets GA to DH as he's almost out of moisturiser. I can't believe how quickly he gets through it. I'll have a route around and see what else I'm happy to part with.

A UU from me - a sample bottle of Miss Dior Cherie I think I got from a magazine. A nice enough scent, not nice enough to make me buy it but not unpleasant. I love those little sample 'bullet size' bottles, so handy for my handbag, wish I could refill them with my other perfumes!

I've also sold a No7 makeup set on Ebay so have got rid of another 7 items.

Some UUs:

Sample of Fergie's perfume (the pea, not the duchess) from Avon. Came with my AHA resurfacing serum. It was called "Viva by Fergie. Live life by your own rules". Aren't we lucky to have Fergie dispensing advice on how to live? Anyway, I WNBA. It smelled a bit like watery aftershave.

Body shop Shea butter soap. Lasted loads longer than Lush soap, which you're lucky to get 5 showers from! WBA although I usually prefer shower gel to bars of soap.

Also some ins:

Aldi re-gen oil. Seems to be Bio oil but loads cheaper. I'll let you know.

Aldi face wipes. I don't think wipes clean your face properly but I find them handy for after I've been running and before getting into the shower, to get the eyeliner off. Most of which is in my crow's feet by that time!


Carolyn, I know this sounds drastic but have you thought about going on the pill? That was the thing that really sorted my skin out once and for all. Not for everybody, but worth a try maybe?

I'm not "in" for May because I'm really unwell at the moment (early pregnancy and M.E so a big double whammy!) so haven't been managing to use anything up because I don't have the energy, but I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is.

Oh well I didn't "need" any more lipglosses....but....it was Chanel and I love my Chanel lipgloss.

My S & G Hand Food is no more. I still have another 2 to use but I am gonna more onto an older one for now - Kenneth Turner.
