Did you put a new eye cream on? That position is where an eye cream usually is. You might not get on with it if it's just there.

Annoyingly haven't used anything new at all, not idea what has caused. Face is quite iritated, feel like the irriated area is getting bigger. Will wash everything off as soon as I get home, but rather stuck while I'm at work. Think I will open a different cleanser though incase its irriation caused by prolonged use of the other one. May have to avoid putting anything on my face until its settles.

Hi, I would like to join in please, I have been lurking for a while and really need to get on board.

I am also looking for some advice from any of you who use the oil cleansing method, I am trying to pare down my routine and be a bit more natural, my skin is very congested. Has anyone done it and if so how do you rate it?

Was very interesting reading the posts about they hype around products and the bloggers thoughts. Must say though that I do love my naked pallette.:D

I haven't posted for what feels like ages, but I have been reading and nodding along :p.

I had vowed not to buy any toiletries in May, but I am afraid I was scuppered by the new Liz Earle make-up. Not strictly toiletries, but I count make-up as well so my ins for May have been:

    50ml Liz Earle Conditioner
    LE Loose Powder
    LE Perfect Fix Concealer
    LE Cream Blush in Nude
    LE Precision Brush
LE Deep Cleansing Mask (freebie mini)

However I am determined that that will be all my ins for May (at least all my purchased ones).

I am getting very close to a couple of use ups- I have a LE Eyebright just about to go (HG- have one full size and a couple of minis in stock) and my TBS Green Apple shower gel only has a dribble left in too (have more TBS shower gel in stock too). I'm also hoping to finish up a Jergens Body Cream as my skin is so dry at the moment (I'm pregnant, baby seems to leech the oils from my skin) so that is good news for my body butter stash too!

SuiDreams- Might you have caught the sun on that side of your face? That makes my make-up feel very irritating. I'd stick with as few products as possible until it feels better though :(.

I used to do the oil cleansing method but haven't done it in a while, need to get back into it really.

I used to do it twice a week in the evenings and as I have combination skin used one third castor oil and two thirds sunflower oil. I found it used to really help with the oiliness I get on my forehead. Since having my son four months ago though I've noticed my forehead doesn't get as oily so may have to look into changing the mixture ratio. The only thing I have heard people comment on, which I didn't notice, was that it helped with blackheads. I find I have to use pore strips to help me with that.

Good luck if you decide to go ahead wih it.

Loccitane Plum Blossom Polishing Shower Gel, 75ml - WBA if cheap enough. Lovely smell and polishing action.
Toni and Guy Daily Style Conditioner, 75ml - WBA Cheap and cheerful although I still somehow have finished conditioner before shampoo again lol
Caudalie Vinosource Thirst Quenching Serum, 10ml - WBA, glad i have another in the stash. The clearasil facial wash seems to dry my face out and as soon as i put this on it is nice and soft and nourished :)

well they must have had it originally to give her the red letter! They either can't be bothered trying to find it (which is why i would have just stood there LOL) or there is a light fingered postie!

Well this is the 2nd parcel I've not been home for in 6 weeks and the 2nd one to go 'missing', so I'm leaning towards the 2nd option! I've rang customer service who said if it hasn't been redelivered by Wednesday to call them again  They never found the last one so I'm not very hopeful :(
