S&G Hand Food is gone! :T I got this as part of the Big Splendour set. WNBA, I don't like the S&G sweet scent and it was a rubbish hand cream.

Lavera Basis Sensitive All Round Cream (150ml, full size) - I'm excited about this as I love the handcream in the same range but I'm not opening it until I have a few more UUs

Terre D'Oc Lipgloss in Shade 305 (Grenade Benoa, a pretty rose colour. I will review this once I've used it a few times).

Nourishing Night Treatment Face Oil by AD Skin Synergy (5ml sample in a useful pump)
    - I'm really pleased to try this as I love facial oils. (I think this was available on the Latest In Beauty site but I missed out on it)

Tous H2O perfume (a fiddly little sample vial) - smells quite nice and for a good cause (Oxfam) but nothing special to my nose :rotfl:

So, a thumbs up from me and I'll report back on what the oil and the lipgloss are like :) (All being well it will be ages before I try the Lavera cream as it is in date until 2014. I'm very curious though so I might open it tomorrow :rotfl:Somebody stop me!!)

This weather is depressing me ladies.

I had off today from work, and basically exhausted as not only am I exhausted from work but also food poisoning too.

So I'm going to treat myself to a nice bath and see what UU's I have.

I'm really itching to buy some lipsticks, altho I know I shouldn't sigh. it's so hard to be good.

Hope you feel better soon tokkiandoliver.

Trudij - That sounded sore. Hope you're not black and blue.

I have an mag related in. I caved in and bought the mag for the Nails Inc polish - Bluebell. Very naughty I know. I have given up on trying to find the C & P.

I do hope we're not going to get all serious, this is a great thread for a laugh.

I finally UU'd the Sure Intensive Anti Perspirant Cream that BzzAgent sent me as a free trial, ages ago it seems. The annoying thing is that I'm sure there is a few days more left trapped under the applicator cap, which is welded really firmly on.
It ran out with one armpit done (typical!) so I used the pointy end of some tweezers to dig a pit's worth of cream out of the holes in the applicator.

WIB? No, I don't think so. It is very expensive for what it is. If you are used to spending a little more on your toiletries do get it, as the scent is lovely and it does the job well. I prefer to spend £2.50 ish max on Mitchum at Savers or Wilko. Back to the Holy Grail for me.

The Live Below The Line Challenge is going well. Today I got going late due to a long pamper and lengthy potter in the bedroom, so breakfast was brunch of porridge and a Value yogurt, total cost 12p.
Early evening meal was 4 hot and spicy fish goujons, (36p) with half a 500g pot of value coleslaw extended by having a pound or so of reduced carrots (49p for 2kg) grated in. (24p) That was a huge portion for me and DS with spicy oven jacket wedges too. (5p)

All the talk I've seen on blogs seems to be people force feeding themselves quantities of pasta, grain and beans. Have they no imagination? It does help that Heron Foods is near me - discount freezer chain- but I can't help thinking they are suffering unnecessarily. As a treat I had a ice lolly (8p).

I've just had a packet of value crisps and value salt and vinegar sticks. (10p) to 'spend' the 10p I had left, allowing 5p for milk in tea.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.

Ins as per Willowbee, except the Lip Gloss which is in 304 a brown colour, trying to pluck up the courage to try it.

I'm afraid I opened everything except the lip gloss last night to try (very naughty) and love the Lavera All Round Cream, used as body lotion last night.

Struglling with the EL Idealist 7ml sample, there is some left in the bottom, but struggling to get it out as the little stick thing attached to the lid doesn't seem t reach that far. Any ideas?
