All governments do that. There's still a number of things that even Thatcher still gets blamed for

Is it just me or is this country unwilling to be governed by a Conservative led coalition?

10%+ behind in the polls - they've seen the coalition for what they are -inept, useless, bungling, clumsy, incompetent

Yeah! You've finally got it - they're useless.

It does appear that coverage of these items on the BBC is quite venomous, definitely more so than while Labour was in power.

You know what's really sad, it's the fact that some people are so naive they actually believe Labour's BS about "cuts too far too fast".

Firstly, the cuts have barely started to take effect yet
Secondly, Labour would be doing mostly the same things
There's a reason Labour have no policies, it's because there isn't much that can be done in this situation, there is no magic policy that will save us from the tough times ahead, they are coming and you'd better prepare for them instead of moaning and complaining about the government.

There are none so blind as those who cannot see.

Labour policy 1,2 & 3 : borrow money and bribe the electorate. Working Tax Credits to keep the masses dependent. Free laptops? Yeah, why not. Child Trust Fund. Hey, good soundbite, and more money to give away. PFI - let's put the local hospital on tick for the next 30 years. At least it will look all new and shiny for the photo opp when it's opened.

Labour have one Ace up their sleeve though. Desperate voters make desperate choices.

To be fair, you could replace Labour with Conservative or Lib Dem.

Being of one party is so partisan that it leads to ignorance. All the parties have good things and they all also have some very bad things about them, people need to get a grip on reality.

Kabiriyi's post is a prime example because everyone got a free laptop and PFI was a Labour's initiative and not John Major's.

the past form of the "great british public" indicates that they voted the last lot of sleazy, bungling retards in three times, and the similarly sleazy and bungling lot before that four times.

therefore i beg to differ with your analysis.
