I'm in the process of moving out of my parents place and had the sky switched off on Friday as it was in my name.

My Dad called up today as it wouldn't allow us to order online for him as their system assumed he was a returning customer. He was advised he will be classed as a new customer which was a surprise to me!

We had a half price code to use online but obviously couldn't use it. Explained this to the girl and she honored it. He has the whole package with sports and movies, multiroom and HD for £39 a month. Instead of getting £25 M&S vouchers she offered to take it off the bill instead so the first month is only £14.

Bit gutted we couldn't do it online and get the £180 cash back but even without that it's an absolute result :)
