Where to buy fair priced Sofa's?

Definatly recommend looking around for clearance/ return kind of places. Just brought a 2 seater and 3 seater leather sofas for £400 from one of these places and you get what you see when you visit and theres so comfy and worth over a grand at retail price. If you give us an idea of where you live then maybe could provide some suggestions.

We went to the auctions. Bought a corner settee, footstool and chair for under £300, above £2000 for something similar at the usual places (CSL, CSC etc etc). We went to midland furniture auction at alfreton but I hear that the ones at the cattle market in nottm are also good. I imagine these are everywhere.

I saw a leather sofa on sainsbury's website, which is sth about 600. It is leather.I quite like furnitures from sainsbury's when they are on sale. I think they are good value on their sale prices.

Excellent. Hardwood frames, screwed and glued, not stapled.
The particular sofas we have are pocket sprung base not serptentine spring or straps. Can barely lift it off the floor.
They do 3 or 4 different types of leather depending on budget.

If you are going to be spending over a grand of sofas, you need to go and see/sit on them to be sure. That's what I did.

I can also vouch for Denelli - just taken delivery of a 3seater and 2 seater and the quality seems excellent.

I went for the best full grain leather they sold and it was still cheaper than any of the high street stores.
