I had the automated response to a 'replied to' email, 8 days later I contacted them again and they said that because I had had an automated reply, this 'may have caused confusion as no-one had actually read my email' (I think it's them suffering from confusion..).
They then attended to my problem (well, kind of, my account is in such a state due to their cancellations they offered me a gift card for a rounded up amount as I don't think they have either the resources or inclination to sort it out properly).

Can you not email tesco direct anymore? I have been having a bit of bother with some orders and the email option isn't there on the site. I replied to an earlier email from them and got an automated delay email from them which they don't respond to.
Really don't fancy phoning as i don't like their attitudes.

You should be able to email Tosco through this link:
    https://www.tescohelp.com/tesco/forms/cs_form.html

Hmm, on second thoughts, I am not sure if that form is relevant for Tesco Direct. It might be for the grocery side of things.

Daftest thing ive ever read. I paid them - and they gave me my money back. How is that fraud.:rotfl:

After all the crap service ive had off Tesco lately - it barely covers the hassle they put me through.

Because your keeping stuff you know you now have not payed for that is a criminal offence go look it up.:rotfl:

    I've been Money Tipped!
I got a phone call this time off tesco direct as the £20 men's mountain bike is a price error so they said they have to cancel it, it very very rare to get good customer service from tesco and this time was the same as normal no sorry no nothing even when I said I want a refund this time he said they never take the money until dispatch (but guess what money left my account as always) they make a mistake and go on like it's our fault and we have to beg for our own money back.also they people who got goods and a refund well done, tesco make me crazy at the moment rant over lol

Last time I looked they had withdrawn the option to email them from their website. Most of us 'troubled' people have their email address anyway, but when you do email them they ignore you totally and send out a blanket email a few days later saying if your problem has not been sorted give them a call. It's particularly annoying when things have got into such a mess and their CS staff have to familiarise themselves with things whilst you're waiting on the phone, and then you have little hope of a resolution.

I did pay. If you pay for something and that person decides to give you your money back - it becomes a gift - look it up :D
