Tesco direct reductions

Sleeping bag ordered at around 10pm , cancelled very shortly after! lol ... Never mind , looks like have got the 16 piece dinner set while its still in stock as my DD asked me to get a set for her and this one of course came to mind!! ;-)

I placed an order last night which included 3 of the £1.88 sleeping bags for our summer camping trip but I also have the 'We're sorry, but we're unable to complete your Tesco Direct order' email. What I'm wondering about is the amount of refund they are offering me...

The total refund that will be processed for items affected is £0.6400000000000006
We've already started your refund - it usually takes 3-5 business days for any payment to appear in your account.

Now I'm not the world's best mathematician but even I know that one times £1.88 is more than 64p let alone three times £1.88! (£5.64 according to my calculator!)

And I can't work out if I'm now not allowed the '£5 off a £20 shop' deduction. I'd better check my bank statement!

The boxes are £3.15 on there own so works out cheaper to do it that way, not by much tho.

Tesco direct have the sleeping bags for £1.88 back in stock -

After trying 4 x to get one of these I finally got one on sunday and for £1.88 good value also ordered mens mountain bike early last week for £20 ( now back up to £67 on offer) thought that would definatly get cancelled but picked that up too on sunday.:D

Keep trying even though they are terrible for orders being fulfilled you sometimes get lucky.
