Just ordered this 8 ft trampoline plum model
    http://www.tesco.com/direct/plum-8ft-trampoline-enclosure/215-1462.prd?sc_cmp=aff_1018132
There is a code you can find for £10 off but I cant write it here. Also 5% with top cash back so I think I got a really good price! £65!

Keep trying even though they are terrible for orders being fulfilled you sometimes get lucky.

I certainly got lucky - Tesco have refunded my full order - despite the fact i have £45 worth of the items in my hand :D

So that would be fraud then wouldn't it?

While I know that some people are having problems with refunds from Tesco I don't think it's being done intentionally more like a bug in the system.

But you know you've been refunded and your still going to keep the goods.

To then to come on here and boast about it is pretty despicable in my book.

Two wrongs definetely don't make a right

This happened to ALOT of people after the mega 75% off stuff which they said was a pricing ''error'' .........Never happened to me though , seems I have to chase them up for every penny and keep a PROPER eye on it or I'LL miss out & they will actually make some extra money out of ME! lol

Thing is I just sometimes get a sneaky feeling that with ALL the orders I have placed with them , TONS cancelled , some refunded automatically , some not that there ARE some refunds that didn't go through & I didn't chase up so have a feeling where T Direct are concerned I am DEFINITELY quids DOWN , NOT quids UP!!

That'll be the day , as they say!! ;);)

Daftest thing ive ever read. I paid them - and they gave me my money back. How is that fraud.:rotfl:

After all the crap service ive had off Tesco lately - it barely covers the hassle they put me through.

It's much more than just a bug in Tesco's system. The number of phone calls and emails you have to go through to get your money back from Tesco is absolutely terrible. I'm still waiting from 19th June and have been through the hoops for 9 failed refunds to date.

Can you not email tesco direct anymore? I have been having a bit of bother with some orders and the email option isn't there on the site. I replied to an earlier email from them and got an automated delay email from them which they don't respond to.
Really don't fancy phoning as i don't like their attitudes.
