Ridiculous really, I doubt it was a misprice, I ordered about 2mins after it was posted too so they couldn't have been out of stock.

I have given up on even looking at Tesco stuff that is heavily reduced they haven't honoured one order that I have placed, it is just a hassle getting the money refunded etc

I was on the phone yesterday complaining to Tesco Direct via their 0800 number which is supposed to be head office for customer services.

What a waste of time that was,just fobbed off with nonsense about human error regarding misprices and another load of waffle about their stock levels which are terrible,I never seem to get anything I order these days.

Within 24 hours usually. Twice I've had orders left in limbo until I rang them to sort them out.

I've stopped ordering from Tesco Direct as well, lost count of the number of cancelled orders and on 7 occasions they've failed to refund me. It will be a long time before I trust them again.
