Welcome Mrs MH, thought you were a bit quiet on Facebook, (((hugs))) to you.
DS' football was not cancelled, got soaking wet and freezing, once home had to have a bath to defrost. Now just waiting for dinner, house looks clean and tidy and will just iron what is needed, the rest of the day is going to be a lazy one

Hi Lisa, if you want to PM one of us with your new FB address, we will pass it around quietly of course. Sorry to hear of your situation, and ((hugs)) to you, hope you are back with us now. Onwards and upwards hopefully.
Hi everyone, I have been reading, but haven't had a lot to say OS wise, now settled back in the sun for a couple of months, sure you don't want a weather report from here when it is terrible with you.
Trying to get back on the LC diet, as have slowly crept upwards, tonight though off to the cheapy Chinese, but will have salad instead of spring roll for starters, Duck with salad for the mains instead of 3 especial fried rice, with veg and ham, ,and Black Coffee for the desert, instead of Creme Caramel. Sounds really appetitising - NOT, but must be done. Will also have to give DH an extra share of the bottle of red wine it includes between us, and have a drop diluted with water:(:( Our Norwegian neighbours arrived back last night and we are off out with them, 7€ each. Tomorrow we are off to an Orange Ball, one held by the Dutch community out here (with our Dutch neighbours on the other side) to celebrate their Queen's Birthday (though she has retained the birthday of her Mother??) 5€ per person which includes a drink. Last of the big spenders here
:D
Certainly glad to escaped the worse of your weather. (((hugs)) all round to you all, especially those suffering extra due to the damp weather.
Take care all. DGMember #8 of the SKI-ers Club
