They don't have to justify the price, they're selling an item and people are buying it, if someone else is selling it cheaper then that's fine, the consumer has the power of choice but personally I'd pay more not to have to shop with Phones4U or the CarphoneWarehouse0

Oh dear oh dear. Why go down the contract route at all? PAYG much cheaper as no upfront fees. People really should learn how not to waste money on non essential items. Stop all nonsense texting and learn to switch them off for a couple of hours per day. Free yourself.
I have a 6 year old mob on 3 and only use it once in a blue moon for emmergencies. I buy £15 voucher and it lasts me over a year! If I have sent 20 texts on that phone I'd be surprised. So far I have had 2 people so in another world on Mob's step out in front of my bus, one of which I did knock down and the other I just tapped on arm. Both could have been far worse, but both walked away. They were lucky, will you be if it happens to you. Or how would you feel when you are driving a car and you hit somebody because you are so engrossed in talking and texting as you drive. Switch it off when driving.0 -

woah moral police.
The world wouldn't function without mobile phones. and the fact you use one once a year proves you can't either.0 -
No company has to justify the price they sell things at. If you don't like their prices then shop around. It's not rocket science.0
