You have no home they can put a charge on.
They can not take what you don't have.
Keep paying your car, you need that to bring in your income and for survival, that is a priority debt. The others, let them whistle.0 -

Dear Sir/Madam,
Re.
Account number:
I now cannot afford your proposed monthly repayments because (explain your situation here).
In view of my circumstances I will be sending you a token payment of £1 a month, each and every month for the foreseeable future, unless my current financial situation changes. I would be grateful if you would accept the proposed offer and on these terms suspend further action, and confirm this to me in writing. Please also freeze future interest and charges on this account to provide me with a realistic opportunity to reduce the indebtedness.
I have now started making payments in accordance with this offer. Please find enclosed a £1 British Postal Order payable to yourselves.
If my circumstances improve I will of course contact you again.
Thank you for your assistance.

The problem you are having lanceneoman, is that you're thinking about it backwards. It's not: "I have debts to pay and once I've paid them what I have left is what I have to live on". That is the wrong way to think about it. Instead you need to be thinking: "I have to live, once I've bought all my essentials, what I have left is what I can pay debts with." Once you change the way you think you'll see what suburbanwifey is saying about reducing the payments to what you can afford makes sense.
Your SOA suggests you're living with your parent(s)? (I say this because there are no fuel/water/rent/CT/food payments listed...) Do you not pay them anything at all towards your living there? If not, then you're doing well as your essentials won't include rent/CT/food etc which means you can then put more towards debts.
I also notice there's no MOT or insurance costs listed for your car? Are these included in the overall payment for the car? If not, these need listing too - you'll need money to pay for the MOT and the insurance when it's due. From your point of view, your car is necessary for you to work, therefore it is an essential. Pay for that first, then other things. However, as PP have said - if you can exchange it for a less expensive, perhaps smaller car, with lower payments, that would be a sensible thing to do.
What would be good for you would be to list the people who you know you definitely do owe money to, and use that as a starting point - you can always add more to the end of the list as you become aware of them. So: "Ex's dad, £xxx outstanding." etc, for everything.
Good luckRule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.
