My SECC order actually went through ok..the woman on the phone says it happens sometimes. (Ie, no confirmation email).

I'd still phone up and check if it happens to anyone else though. Phew!

does anybody have any advice whats the best way to get tickets in the morning. i.e. th best site and way to get in quick. i want the ever popular wembley standing tickets.

Do you have an account at Ticketmaster?

If so, in the morning about 10 minutes before the sale starts, log in to it, then go to the initial page for the gig you want to book for. The one that says "Tickets not available" etc etc

Then, keep refreshing that page until it changes to the boxes that allow you to choose the number and location of the tickets you want.

Don't refresh more often than every 30 seconds or so or you'll be booted out and have to log in again.

Alternatively, if you just want standing tickets try seetickets or Ticketline.

Gallows were forced to buy their own tickets from touts last night (March 6) for their sold out London show.

The band played to a packed crowd at the 100 Club on Oxford Street, including several record labels who are interesting in signing the band, but due to a mix-up the band's guest list was accidentally sold.

That left the band facing the prospect of being unable to get in many of their fans - including the singer and guitarist's mum.

"It wouldn't be a Gallows show unless something went wrong," joked singer Frank Carter. "Our guest list was sold by mistake. So we had to go out on the streets an buy our own tickets back off the touts. They cost us £40 each!"
