Using up stuff from freezer again this week so will look something like this:

    Sat Pizza and garlic bread
    Sun Pheasant casserole
    Mon Sausages, mash & veg
    Tues LO casserole
Wed Spring Rolls - not sure what else yet - have to have a think
    Thurs Spanish Chicken
    Fri Haddock & chips

Think I should be able to fit everything else into my upright freezer and then defrost my small chest freezer. Once that's done, everything can go into the chest freezer and I can defrost the upright.

That'll be another job done for a few months!

Most of my meals this week are from the freezer - I've been trying to run down the contents for months as it really needs defrosting, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. :(

Friday - chilli con carne (mince from the freezer) with RTC cheese and onion flatbread
Saturday - cheese burger (from the freezer) with potato wedges and salad
Sunday - smoked cheese and leek pasty (I'll make some extras for lunches during the week)
Monday - steak stew (from the freezer) with dumplings and steamed PSB
    Tuesday - possibly out? TBC
Wednesday - breaded chicken (from the freezer) with veg of some sort
Thursday - veg tagine with falafel (falafel from the freezer)
Back after a very long break!

Morning everyone. I'm getting in an early start this week as I feel the need for some therapeutic cleaning. New start time! (I say this every week :o) Here goes with the mealplan:

Sat: HM Chicken & Bacon Pie with Chips
Sun: Roast Pork, Roast Potatoes & Veg
Mon: Hot Hog-Roast Baguettes (using leftover pork), HM apple sauce and stuffing - need to find a baguette recipe!
    Tues: Spanish Omelette
    Weds: TBC
Thurs: Toad in the Hole with Beans
    Fri: Pizza
Sat: Pork Curry (yes, from a jar this time :D ) with Rice
Sun: Sweet Chilli Chicken Open Sandwiches with Salad

Not going to do any baking unless we get low on biscuits - I'd prefer to make than buy this week. I'll be giving HM Baguettes a go on Sunday if I can find a recipe and if it works I'll make some rolls for the open sandwiches the following week (to go in the freezer).

I'm determined to beat the lull I've fallen into lately. Now I'm going to take better care of myself, DH and the pennies!
