I've not finalised mine as recently kept changing despite plans, as I fancied something different on the night! I am also trying to eat entirely from stock so roughly will be:
Mon - either chicken pukka pie, mash, cooked veg portion from freezer - OR blue cheese potato cakes with broccoli - will see what I fancy making!
Tue - Possibly Malaysian quorn curry but have small amount of pesto that needs eating so might do something with that..
Wed - Baked tuna crepes or cheese omelette with broccoli
Thur - pork mince something - ?groats and frozen root veg or fresh carrots
Fri - On late shift @ work... if don't eat there will be storecupboard noodle broth with peas!
Sat - going to a food show, then out for dinner to my favourite place
Sun - Am another year older!! Still not decided what to do but think we going for a curry in the evening..
Lunches this week involves little pasta with tinned mackerel and leftovers from dinner!I love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D
Trying to find a work life balance...:rotfl:0 -
Monday - Veg and tofu korma (mild for DD
)with brown rice and HM veg samosas
Tuesday - Thai peanut sauce over brown rice soba noodles and stir fry
Wed - Puy lentils in roast tomato and garlic sauce over wholewheat spaghetti with salad
Thursday - (junk day!) Fried breaded tofu with sweet potato fries, broccoli and sweetcorn
Friday - Chickpea and spinach curry (DD is at her grandmas so it's out hot curry night) with chapattis
Saturday - 4 bean chilli with blue corn tortilla chips and HM guacamole
Sunday - Lentil bake with roast pots, veg and gravy
I cooked everything yesterday and refrigerated/froze/chopped and bagged accordingly; have made double of most for lunches the day after.
This week is looking a bit uninspiring. DW is planning next week so let's hope she can step it up a bit. I was in a bit of a rush as we only moved in on Thursday and looking over the plan a lot is a bit stodgy and boring
